King Mastino Hold Fast

(King Mastino came up in 2008 inspired by the Detroit sound of MC5 and The Stooges, Scandinavian rock’n’roll heroes like The Hellacopters and finally Australian bands like Radio Birdman.
This is their 2nd album strictly ltd edition of 300 copies!)King Mastino came up in 2008 from Massi and Alessio’s idea (Massi ex Fall Out and Alessio ex Hate)in the summer of 2008,inspired by the Detroit sound of MC5 and The Stooges, Scandinavian rock’n’roll heroes like The Hellacopters and finally Australian bands like Radio Birdman. From 2009, once they had strenghten their line up(massi: bass, Alessio: guitar, Vocals, Mattia: Guitars, GianMarco: drums), they started an intense live activity which will bring them to debut in 2010 with a Split 7"
with the Dead Swamp and to release their first album "Rock for Sailors", both of them produced by Surfin Ki records and were fabulously reviewed on various magazines.
They shared the stage with Jon Spencer blues explosion, Dollhouse, Bloodlights, One Dimensional Man, Rock’n’roll Kamikaze and many more. In December 2011 their second album “hold fast” is out now
as a Cd digipack for Area Pirata and as a vinyl for White Zoo records.

In January a split 7″ with the Gonzales will follow for Surfin Ki records, too. To sum up all these events there will be an Italian tour in the winter time that will led Europe shows on springtime.
