L’album segna un ritorno al sound delle origini ed è prodotto dallo stesso punk Joe e da Chon (Live Free or Die)!
Joe Keithley, Canada ‘s godfather of punk, ha fatto squadra con Floor Tom Jones (drums) e con Dirty Dan Sedan (bass) per realizzare uno dei più potenti album dei D.O.A. fino ad ora.

Su questo lucky 13th full length c’è il solito vincente mix tra potenza, politica e umorismo.
L’album si apre con la feroce song ‘That’s Why I Am an Atheist’, seguita dalla song ‘Rebel Kind’ inspirata a Eddie Cochran.
Per fugare poi ogni dubbio, arrivano in aiuto i rabbiosi anthem ‘Don’t Bank On A Bank’ e ‘I Live In A Car’…
E’ poi la volta di ‘The R.C.M.P.’ che mette in luce i misfatti della polizia nazionale canadese, quindi la band include un ode a Star Trek con la song ‘Captain Kirk, Spock, Scotty and Bones’e due brillanti cover di ‘The Times They Are A-Changin’ ‘That’s Amore’!!
