Pissinboy – Emily

Pissinboy was originally Andrea Pirovano’s solo project (guitar & vocals), and became a band in november 2007 when Tel (bass) and Graham Mushnik (drums) joined Piro. Based in Hackney, London, Pissinboy started up sounding quite dirty and low-fi, with elements of American folk, garage, British bored-punk… After being a duet for 2 years – the EP “Always Find You” only features Piro and Graham -, the band is now a 3-piece again with Juste Akiss on 2nd guitar. Integrating whiffs of 60’s psychedelic pop and garage and to a rather British punk base, their first Long Player “Emily” is now released on the French independent label Larsen Recordz… think Ray Davies, TVP’s, Fall mixed with the great songwriting of Piro!
